What’s inside

Two tools. One thoughtful workflow.

ReFramer

Frame the problem before you solve it.

Bring a messy problem, get disciplined reframing lenses and How-Might-We questions back. Promote your best reframe to a shared board, then let the group vote on which problem most deserves solving first.

Who it’s for: Teams and workshop cohorts at the start of a piece of work.Explore ReFramer →

Interview Designer

Research interviews, designed and run.

Build respondent profiles with heuristic thinking-pattern stacks, run interviews against your own guide — synthetic or live — and get paired transcripts plus a synthesis across the whole cohort.

Who it’s for: Anyone doing user, market or stakeholder research.Explore Interview Designer →

More tools coming

New tools will use the same account, teams and access controls—without turning the Toolkit into a noisy catalogue.

Getting in

Access that grows with the work.

  1. 01

    Start with an invitation

Enter your code first, then create or sign in to your account. The invitation carries the right organisation, team, products and role.

  2. 02

    Use one Toolkit account

Move between ReFramer and Interview Designer without collecting more passwords or losing the context of your team.

  3. 03

    Bring a cohort

Access can belong to a person, a team or an organisation, and can expire when a workshop or programme ends.
